About the Role

Frasers Hospitality is seeking a highly skilled Guest Service Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Front Office department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-class service to apartment guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Lead and support the Front Office team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent service.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Front Office department, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
  • Manage staff teams, including property, to maintain high standards and ensure smooth operation.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operations and customer service, implementing agreed actions to drive excellence.
  • Collaborate with the Front of House Manager to ensure the property operates smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Passion for customer service and a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a focus on achieving shared goals and objectives.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
