Job Summary

Rapport Guest Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Receptionist to join our team. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and personalized guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcoming guests and checking them in/out in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Handling guest requests and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Liaising with other departments to ensure efficient communication and guest service
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all guests feel valued and respected
  • Working collaboratively with the team to achieve excellent guest satisfaction ratings
  • Staying up-to-date with company policies and procedures and adhering to them at all times

Requirements

  • 1-2 years experience in a receptionist role, preferably in a luxury hotel environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and think on your feet
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional guest service
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
