Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and innovative Senior Event Planner to oversee the sales, organization, and execution of prestigious events in London. As a vital member of our team, you will work closely with clients to transform their ideas into reality while maintaining exceptional service standards and meticulous attention to detail. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about event management, possesses a robust industry network, and excels in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Event Coordination: Manage the complete event planning process, from initial concept to successful on-site execution, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Sales Development: Create tailored proposals for various inquiries across multiple venues, emphasizing creativity and personalization.
  • Client Engagement: Serve as the primary contact for clients, comprehending their requirements and converting them into unique event experiences.
  • Venue Relations: Establish and nurture strong partnerships with venues, suppliers, and other stakeholders to guarantee timely service delivery.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor the on-site team, fostering collaboration and high performance.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage client event budgets, ensuring the highest quality standards while identifying upselling opportunities.
  • Creative Collaboration: Work with the culinary team to craft customized catering solutions that align with the event theme and client expectations.
  • Post-Event Analysis: Conduct evaluations after events to gather insights and identify areas for enhancement.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years in event planning, ideally with a recognized event catering company in London.
  • Industry Insight: Strong familiarity with London's event venues and suppliers.
  • Leadership Abilities: Proven track record in leading and managing events effectively.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
