Key Duties:

  • Client Engagement: Serve as the primary contact for clients, comprehending their requirements and converting them into tailored event experiences.
  • Venue Relations: Establish and nurture strong partnerships with venues, suppliers, and other collaborators to guarantee timely service delivery.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor the on-site team, fostering collaboration and high performance.
  • Financial Oversight: Supervise client event budgets, ensuring the highest quality standards while identifying upselling opportunities.
