Important Note: This position will necessitate relocation to Saudi Arabia.

The Opportunity

We are in search of an experienced enterprise sales professional to join our expanding Digital Experience Cloud sales team, focusing on the Middle East region. As the Industry Lead for the Financial Services Industry (FSI), you will play a pivotal role in promoting Adobe's solutions throughout the area. This position entails strategic selling across the territory, collaborating closely with our Consulting, Pre-sales specialists, Digital Strategy Group, and global partner teams.

This is a unique chance to make a significant impact in a key priority region across the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and secure business opportunities within major FSI accounts across the Middle East.
  • Advocate for Adobe's FSI offerings throughout the region.
  • Formulate a detailed business strategy to achieve and surpass sales targets on both an annual and quarterly basis.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with senior executives (CXOs) within targeted accounts.
  • Adhere to best practices in sales processes, including maintaining accurate sales forecasts and ensuring data integrity in our systems.
  • Develop and leverage partnerships within the ecosystem, demonstrating comfort with an indirect sales approach.

Qualifications for Success

  • Proven experience in sales within the Middle East market.
  • A strong sales history in Enterprise Software, particularly in Digital Marketing Software, Web Experience Management (WEM), Content Management Systems (CMS), Enterprise Content Management (ECM), or Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
  • Track record of exceeding annual sales quotas of at least $2 million and experience leading deals exceeding $1 million.
  • In-depth understanding and experience in the FSI sector.
  • Proven ability to acquire key customers through proactive hunting.
  • Capability to engage at the C-Level with clients (CIOs, CMOs, CTOs).
  • Strategic insight into Multichannel and Digital Marketing.
  • Experience managing complex sales processes across multiple solutions.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC or Value Selling.
  • Exceptional organizational, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong awareness of the business landscape, culture, and dynamics within the Middle East market.
  • Willingness to travel within the Middle East region as required.
  • Prepared to relocate to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
