About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Project Manager to join our team at Crux Product Design. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in organizing and managing sales-related initiatives and projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Manage cross-functional teams to deliver multiple sales projects effectively, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Sales Campaign Management: Provide project management activities for sales campaigns, aligning with our marketing pushes to achieve strategic goals.
  • Project Planning: Create detailed project plans, set milestones, and manage risks to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Resource Management: Manage and allocate resources for sales projects, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to budget constraints.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the budget allocated for sales projects and campaigns, ensuring expenditures are within budget constraints.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with sales representatives to gather feedback and insights for program improvements.
  • Event Management: Liaise with events and conferences, including handling presentation content, conference stand bookings, and event sponsorship.
  • Content Release: Oversee content release post-meeting.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years' project management experience with a track-record of delivering successful projects.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience of planning tasks and defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Ability to track project progress and deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • An industry-recognized Project Management qualification or certification.
