Your Responsibilities:

As a Front Desk Operations Supervisor, you will assist in the daily management of the front desk and oversee the department in the absence of the manager.

Your role will involve delivering courteous and efficient service to all guests while maintaining the highest standards of service at all times.

You will be responsible for warmly welcoming guests and acting as a true representative of exceptional service, addressing all inquiries and requests in a professional and efficient manner, whether in person or via telephone.

This position requires you to thrive in a bustling and dedicated team environment, where continuous learning and development are encouraged.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Maintaining a guest-centric approach by consistently providing outstanding customer service with a knowledgeable, friendly, and effective demeanor;
  • Assisting in the smooth operation of the department, including scheduling, performance reviews, and training of team members;
  • Taking ownership of the efficient organization and operation of the front desk in accordance with established protocols and standards;
  • Fostering positive relationships with colleagues through teamwork and flexibility to resolve issues and answer queries;
  • Exhibiting a courteous, helpful, and friendly attitude towards all guests at all times, confidently using guest names whenever possible;
  • Documenting all relevant feedback, suggestions, and maintenance requests to initiate follow-up with integrity;
  • Ensuring proper handover procedures for daily operations regarding coverage and financial transactions;
  • Being aware of any complaints or issues and bringing them to the attention of the Front Office and Duty Manager while offering assistance with integrity;
  • Promoting company values and behaviors consistently.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • A genuine passion for the Hospitality Industry;
  • Prior experience as a receptionist or in a supervisory role is essential;
  • Ability to comprehend our guests' needs to create memorable service experiences;
  • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to anticipate guests' requirements;
  • A strong leader capable of motivating and guiding others to adhere to established procedures and standards;
  • Excellent personal presentation;
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision;
