As the Front Desk Supervisor, you'll be the mastermind behind the development of cutting-edge protocols, meticulously crafted to elevate our guest experience to unparalleled heights.
Talent is our greatest asset, and you'll be entrusted with the recruitment, training, and seamless coordination of our front desk team, ensuring every member is empowered to create unforgettable memories for our cherished guests.
Be the hero who addresses customer needs with grace, resolving any concerns, and working closely with Marketing and Call Center departments to ensure seamless guest interactions.
Creativity knows no bounds as you support the Front Desk Manager in crafting alluring sales opportunities and enticing upselling promotions, weaving an air of magic around each guest.
Beyond the front desk, you'll be the custodian of our inventory, skillfully managing stock levels and ensuring a smooth flow of essential materials.

What we are looking for:
- At least 2 years prior experience in a similar position, in a hosting role such as concierge, host, or receptionist supervisor.
- Your English level should be Fluent/Advanced C1.
- You have great communication skills and are completely customer-oriented, with noticeable commercial expertise.
- You are able to multitask.
- Someone willing and able to work on weekends. You must be flexible and able to work nights, holidays, and weekends when needed.
What we offer:
- Salary £30,000 per annum
- Weekend and Overtime Supplements provided
