Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Loss Prevention Officer to join our team at TK Maxx Camberley. As a Loss Prevention Officer, you will play a vital role in maintaining the security of our product and ensuring a safe and enjoyable shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support a positive customer experience by being a visible and approachable presence at our entrance doors.
  • Deter loss on the salesfloor while acting as an ambassador for the loss prevention function.
  • Work closely with the store team to maintain security of our product and deliver effective conflict resolution when required.
  • Demonstrate the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Be self-motivated, resilient, and driven to make a difference with a natural ability to communicate.
