Job Title: Lead Qualification Specialist

**The Role**
- Proactively identify potential leads interested in mortgage and protection services through targeted outreach and strategic partnerships.
- Engage leads in meaningful conversations to uncover their specific mortgage and protection requirements, providing a personalized introduction to our comprehensive services.
- Clearly articulate the advantages of our mortgage and protection offerings, address inquiries and build trust with potential clients.
- Maintain accurate records of lead interactions, ensuring our database is up-to-date with pertinent details for effective follow-ups.
- Implement lead scoring systems to prioritize prospects, allowing our brokers to focus on opportunities that align with both mortgage and protection services.
- Work closely with out Mortgage & Protection Advisors, providing them with comprehensive lead profiles to enhance their client interactions and tailored solutions.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in lead generation or customer services.
- Familiarity with mortgage and protection industry terminology and processes is advantageous.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
