About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Construction Sales Representative to join our team at Mandeville. As an Internal Sales Executive, you will play a vital role in maintaining strong relationships with existing key accounts and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Account management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  2. Sales prospecting: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your skills and expertise to drive sales growth.
  3. B2B Sales: Develop and execute strategies to increase sales revenue and market share within the construction industry.
Requirements
  • 1+ year of telesales experience.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, with a strong understanding of the construction industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
