Key Responsibilities
  • Operational excellence in setting up and optimising PLPs and PDPs, liaising with local and global marketing departments on content including product keywords, reviews strategy, and A+ content consistent with best practices and brand guidelines.
  • Implementation of effective pricing/promotional strategies to maximise sales and profitability.
  • Tracking and analysing sales performance, conversion rates, and traffic metrics to measure success and identify opportunities.
  • Accurately forecast demand using historical sales data, seasonality, and market trends. Work closely with demand and supply teams to coordinate and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and sell through rates.
  • Generate and present regular reports to senior management on inventory and sales performance, identify trends and implementing strategies to maximise sales.
  • Cultivating strong relationships with external stakeholders, such as platform account managers and affiliated agencies.
  • Stay informed about Amazon policies and ensure compliance with all marketplace rules, regulations and relevant legal requirements.
  • Work closely with relevant teams to address and resolve any issues related to policy violations.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3-5 years proven experience in developing or scaling brands through Amazon marketplaces, with a focus on driving profitable revenue growth.
  • Proven proficiency in end-to-end Amazon account management, including streamlining operations, creating SEO-optimised content, and implementing high-return advertising strategies.
  • Strong skills in planning and managing digital campaigns and projects to meet business objectives.
  • Familiarity with inventory management software and e-commerce analytics tools.
