About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior Commercial Manager to join our team at Reed. As a key member of our Commercial Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day management of our Data Management Suite and developing relationships with Health & Beauty manufacturers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting and Administrative Support: Provide daily reporting and administrative support to the Health & Beauty Commercial Team, ensuring seamless communication and efficient workflow.
  • Data Management Suite Management: Jointly manage the Data Management Suite, ensuring accurate product and price changes, promotional plans, and new lines are effectively managed.
  • Supplier Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with a selection of Health & Beauty manufacturers, driving sales and meeting margin and income targets.
  • Commercial Pricing and Range Development: Collaborate with suppliers to develop a market-leading range selection and commercial pricing, maximizing sales and achieving departmental targets.
  • Product Life Cycle Management: Manage the product life cycle to optimize sales and achieve commercial outcomes, analyzing data to inform decision-making.
Requirements
  • Commercial or Administrative Experience: Proven experience in a commercial or administrative role, with a strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.
  • Analytical and Organizational Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage large datasets, excellent organizational and administrative skills.
  • Communication and Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to work effectively with suppliers and internal teams, strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Technical Skills: Competency in using data management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
