Key Responsibilities- Data Analysis: Manage and analyse large volumes of customer data across multiple channels, including e-commerce, in-store, and mobile, to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Campaign Management: Run reports and post-campaign analysis for CRM and loyalty campaigns, developing key insights and recommendations to increase customer loyalty and revenue.
- Customer Segmentation: Use customer segmentation techniques to build value segments and generate recommendations for unlocking customer value.
- Marketing Strategy: Generate ideas, recommendations, and action plans for marketing campaigns based on actionable data insights.
- Campaign Implementation: Manage the implementation of campaigns to maximize revenue derived from customer loyalty programmes.
- Experience: Minimum of four years' experience working in a CRM or loyalty analytics role, preferably in a retail environment.
- Skills: Good working knowledge of marketing/CRM principles and techniques, experience with Klaviyo, and strong analytical skills.
- Personal Qualities: Passion for data and analytics, good commercial acumen, commitment to action, and ability to work independently towards given KPIs.
