Lead Customer Account Manager

Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for building strong, long-lasting client relationships? Do you have a proven track record of negotiating contracts and closing agreements to maximise profits? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Lead Customer Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all customer account management matters.
  • Develop and maintain strong, trusting relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to drive revenue growth and maximise profits.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of products and services to meet customer needs and objectives.
  • Communicate progress and results to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients and develop new business with existing clients.
  • Manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously, prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate records of client transactions using CRM systems.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in account management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple customers at a time while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
