Sales Account Manager

Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for building strong, long-lasting client relationships? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Lead Customer Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as the primary point of contact for all customer account management matters.
- Develop and maintain strong, trusting relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to drive revenue growth and maximise profits.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of products and services to meet customer needs and objectives.
- Communicate progress and results to internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients and develop new business with existing clients.
- Manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously, prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Maintain accurate records of client transactions using CRM systems.
- Proven experience in account management or a related field.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple customers at a time while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
