Manager of Fresh Produce Supply Chain and Ordering Team

Position Overview:
As a pivotal member of our team, you will oversee the Fresh Produce supply chain operations, ensuring optimal stock levels and freshness for our customers. This role offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a dedicated team of Supply Chain Officers and Consultants.
- Manage Ordering and Demand Planning for Fruits and Vegetables.
- Monitor and enhance Supply Chain KPIs.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to shape the F&V Supply Chain Strategy.
- Coordinate with Suppliers and the Buying Team for effective stock management.
- Supervise daily operations of fruit and vegetable orders.
- Generate and analyze reports for data management and forecasting volumes.
- Oversee the planning and execution of F&V promotions aligned with commercial KPIs.
- Maintain regular communication with RDCs regarding F&V availability.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Line Management and Supply Chain.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong strategic thinking and leadership abilities.
- Proficient in numerical analysis and data interpretation.
- Highly organized with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel is essential.
- A keen interest in the retail sector, particularly in fresh produce.
