About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Supply Chain Officer to join our Head Office Supply Chain Availability & Freshness team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for supporting the regional Freshness teams, providing guidance on national strategies, and rolling out national projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for KPI reporting and analysis
- Product and data analysis to inform business decisions
- Monitoring and supporting key ordering systems to ensure availability and freshness of stock
- Project Management and national rollouts to drive business growth
- Communicating and liaising with regional teams and various departments to ensure alignment
- Delivering presentations to introduce new projects and initiatives
- Ad-hoc administration and analytical tasks to support business operations
- Proactive attitude to problem solving and developing new processes and tools
- Managing email inboxes and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines
Requirements
- Degree level education or equivalent in a business management discipline
- Highly organized with a pragmatic approach and a can-do attitude
- Proven record of successfully reaching set objectives and targets
- Good presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively
- Highly analytical, solution-focused, and structured work ethic
- Target-driven and able to work well under pressure
- Strong multi-tasking skills with the ability to prioritize conflicting deadlines
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to use initiative
- Highly focused and accurate with an uncompromising eye for detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and spoken
- Assertive with a committed and dedicated approach to projects
- Experience within Supply Chain, Sales, or Logistics would be advantageous
- Intermediate level of MS Excel, Office, and Word
