Pet Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Store Manager to join our team at Pets Corner. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, leading a team of sales associates, and driving sales growth in our store.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring every customer leaves the store satisfied and engaged.
- Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates, providing coaching and feedback to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Sales Growth: Identify opportunities to drive sales growth, implement effective sales strategies, and analyze sales data to inform business decisions.
- Store Operations: Oversee store operations, ensuring a clean, well-organized, and fully stocked store environment that meets Pets Corner's high standards.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, monitor stock levels, and investigate any stock losses or discrepancies.
- Customer Focus: A genuine interest in delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with customers.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Problem-Solving Skills: A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth.
