Pets Corner UK is a leading family-run business in the pet food industry, seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Store Manager to join our team.

About the Role:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and go above and beyond to meet the needs of every customer.
  • Assess customer needs and provide personalized recommendations for Pets Corner products and services.
  • Lead by example and demonstrate a hands-on approach to motivate, train, and develop your team.
  • Maintain high standards and ensure products are fully stocked, well-presented, and clean with a good shelf life.
  • Stay up-to-date with pricing, promotions, and merchandising to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Take ownership of key holding responsibilities, including opening and closing the store.
  • Manage inventory by checking deliveries, conducting stocktakes, and investigating any stock losses.

  • Strong team focus with the ability to motivate others, lead, and manage.
  • Excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
