Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team at Reed. As a key member of our Branded Medical and Surgical Supply Chain team, you will play a critical role in managing replenishment duties, bespoke customer ordering processes, and maintaining efficient stock levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Replenishment and Inventory Management: Perform replenishment duties to ensure stock availability and maintain service levels of 99% or greater.
  • Delivery and Stock Monitoring: Monitor and follow up on late deliveries and out-of-stock situations.
  • Purchase Order Management: Obtain weekly stock information from manufacturers and adjust purchase orders accordingly.
  • Customer Communication: Review and maintain up-to-date customer messaging and lean inventory levels.
  • Bespoke Customer Ordering: Manage bespoke customer ordering processes and support the supply chain team with various tasks.
  • Stakeholder Relationships: Establish and maintain professional relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously seek ways to improve efficiencies within your managed product range.
Requirements
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal communication skills and professional telephone manner.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Outlook and intermediate Excel skills (Pivot Tables, V-lookups, basic formulas).
  • Autonomy and Teamwork: Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in supply chain, FMCG, or pharmaceuticals is advantageous.
  • Analytical Skills: Analytical skills with the ability to interpret numerical data.
  • Time Management: Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of Good Distribution Practice of Medicinal Products for Human Use (training provided).
