About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior Commercial Manager to join our team at Reed. As a key member of our Commercial Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day management of our Data Management Suite and developing relationships with Health & Beauty manufacturers to drive sales and meet margin and income targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting and Administrative Support: Provide daily reporting and administrative support to the Health & Beauty Commercial Team, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
  • Data Management Suite Management: Jointly manage the Data Management Suite, ensuring product and price changes, promotional plans, and new lines are accurately managed and up-to-date.
  • Supplier Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with a selection of Health & Beauty manufacturers, collaborating with them to develop a market-leading range selection and commercial pricing.
  • Product Life Cycle Management: Manage the product life cycle to maximize sales and achieve departmental targets, analyzing data to inform decision-making and improve commercial outcomes.
Requirements
  • Commercial or Administrative Experience: Proven experience in a commercial or administrative role, with a strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage large datasets and make informed decisions.
  • Organizational and Administrative Skills: Excellent organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication and Negotiation Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with suppliers and internal teams.
