Job Summary

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to support our financial operations. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing financial records, processing customer orders, and providing administrative support to our CEO and Managing Director.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Operations: Accurately process customer orders, manage and issue invoices, and oversee payment collections.
  • Bookkeeping and Record-Keeping: Maintain up-to-date financial records, assist with monthly reconciliations, and ensure accurate tracking of company expenses.
  • Office Management: Manage office supplies, organize documents, and maintain a productive workspace.
  • Administrative Support: Provide essential support to our CEO and Managing Director, helping them focus on growing the business.
Requirements
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in bookkeeping and invoicing software (experience with Xero or Unleashed is a plus).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to juggle multiple tasks and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-Starter: Proactive, conscientious, and able to work independently.
