**Key Responsibilities**

As a Finance Administrator, you'll be responsible for:

  • Processing customer orders and collaborating with our warehouse team to ensure smooth and timely fulfillment.
  • Managing and issuing invoices, ensuring every transaction is documented and processed accurately.
  • Overseeing payment collections, tracking outstanding invoices, and working with customers to resolve payment issues.
  • Maintaining up-to-date financial records, assisting with monthly reconciliations, and keeping an eye on company expenses.
  • Providing administrative support to our CEO and Managing Director, helping them focus on growing the business.

**Requirements**

To be considered for this role, you'll need to have:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
  • Experience with bookkeeping and invoicing software (Xero or Unleashed is a plus).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
