Finance Administrator for a Fast-Growing Beverage Company

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join our team at Harmonic Group Ltd. As a key member of our finance function, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day finance processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and expense management.
- Accurately input financial data into our accounting system and ensure timely reconciliation of bank accounts and other ledgers.
- Process customer and supplier invoices, ensuring they are properly recorded and tracked for payment.
- Assist with monitoring and chasing of overdue payments to maintain healthy cash flow.
- Support the finance team with employee expense reporting and ensure accurate and timely reimbursement.
- Prepare regular financial reports and assist with month-end and year-end reporting processes.
- Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
- Provide additional support to the finance team as needed, including data analysis and project work.
- Previous experience in a finance or administrative role, ideally within the food and beverage or a similar fast-paced industry.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks) and MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external partners.
