Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Processing: Manage payment collections, track outstanding invoices, and resolve payment issues with customers.
  • Bookkeeping: Maintain up-to-date financial records, assist with monthly reconciliations, and monitor company expenses.
  • Office Management: Ensure the office is well-organised, manage supplies, and maintain a productive workspace.
  • Provide administrative support to the CEO and Managing Director, enabling them to focus on growing the business.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
  • Attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy in financial records and office management.
  • Proficiency in bookkeeping and invoicing software, with experience in Xero or Unleashed a plus.
