As a key member of our finance team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, managing payments, and providing essential administrative support to our CEO and Managing Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Processing: Manage payment collections, track outstanding invoices, and resolve payment issues with customers.
- Bookkeeping: Maintain up-to-date financial records, assist with monthly reconciliations, and monitor company expenses.
- Office Management: Ensure the office is well-organised, manage supplies, and maintain a productive workspace.
- Provide administrative support to the CEO and Managing Director, enabling them to focus on growing the business.
Requirements:
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
- Attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy in financial records and office management.
- Proficiency in bookkeeping and invoicing software, with experience in Xero or Unleashed a plus.
