As a key member of the MKJ Ignite team, you will play a vital role in supporting the financial operations of our fast-growing company.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately processing customer orders, managing invoices, and overseeing payment collections.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Order Processing: Collaborate with our warehouse team to ensure smooth, timely fulfillment of customer orders.
  • Invoicing: Manage and issue invoices, ensuring every transaction is documented and processed without a hitch.
  • Credit Control: Oversee payment collections, track outstanding invoices, and work with customers to resolve payment issues.
  • Bookkeeping: Maintain up-to-date financial records, assist with monthly reconciliations, and keep an eye on company expenses.
  • Office Management: Keep the office in tip-top shape by managing supplies, organizing documents, and ensuring a productive workspace.
  • Founders' Support: Provide essential admin support to the CEO & Managing Director, helping them focus on growing the business.
