Key responsibilities will include:
- Order Processing: Collaborate with our warehouse team to ensure smooth, timely fulfillment of customer orders.
- Invoicing: Manage and issue invoices, ensuring every transaction is documented and processed without a hitch.
- Credit Control: Oversee payment collections, track outstanding invoices, and work with customers to resolve payment issues.
- Bookkeeping: Maintain up-to-date financial records, assist with monthly reconciliations, and keep an eye on company expenses.
