**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join our dynamic team at MKJ Ignite. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing payments, and providing administrative support to our leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, and ensure accurate and timely processing of payments.
- Oversee payment collections, track outstanding invoices, and work with customers to resolve payment issues.
- Assist with monthly reconciliations and maintain accurate records of company expenses.
- Provide administrative support to our CEO and Managing Director, including managing supplies, organizing documents, and ensuring a productive workspace.
- Develop and implement efficient administrative processes to improve productivity and reduce errors.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in finance administration, including bookkeeping and invoicing.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a focus on maintaining high-quality financial records.
- Proficiency in bookkeeping and invoicing software, including Xero or Unleashed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
