Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes and supporting our business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Order Processing: Accurately process customer orders and collaborate with our warehouse team to ensure timely and efficient fulfillment.
- Invoicing: Manage and issue invoices, ensuring every transaction is documented and processed without error.
- Credit Control: Oversee payment collections, track outstanding invoices, and work with customers to resolve payment issues.
- Bookkeeping: Maintain up-to-date financial records, assist with monthly reconciliations, and monitor company expenses.
- Office Management: Ensure the office is well-organized and productive, managing supplies, documents, and equipment.
- Founders' Support: Provide administrative support to our CEO and Managing Director, helping them focus on business growth.
- Organizational Skills: Juggle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively, prioritizing deadlines and ensuring accuracy.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain high standards of accuracy in financial records and office management.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in bookkeeping and invoicing software, with experience in Xero or Unleashed a plus.
