Compensation

Band £59,266, which is specific to our organization and does not align with the national pay scale.

Key Responsibilities

The Clinical Operations Manager will provide empathetic and inclusive leadership, guiding and motivating all personnel to deliver exceptional care. This role involves overseeing clinical teams at a designated NHS 111 contact center.

The manager will be responsible for the clinical oversight and support of NHS 111 services across various contracted regions, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services aligned with the organization's strategic objectives. Key duties include:

  • Leading site operations to ensure clinical quality, patient safety, and service efficiency.
  • Assisting in the identification of relevant clinical performance indicators and ensuring their integration within teams.
  • Promoting continuous quality enhancement and innovation in clinical service delivery.
  • Analyzing qualitative and quantitative data to inform clinical improvements.
  • Supporting the Senior Nurse/Clinical Manager in fostering a motivated and skilled team of Clinical Leads.
  • Providing clinical leadership support to operational teams as necessary.

Work Schedule

Flexibility is essential for this role. It is a full-time position with various shifts, including potential weekend coverage as required.
