The Clinical Lead will be responsible for leading the clinical leadership team in the Adults of Working Age community services for County South. This role will be based in the Derby City Wellbeing Service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Audit and improve clinical standards to ensure high-quality care delivery.
  • Provide clinical supervision and support team development to enhance service user outcomes.
  • Lead quality improvement initiatives and implement new practices in line with NHS guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the team, Clinical Leads, Service Manager, Head of Nursing, and Senior Management Team to drive service development and ensure excellence in care delivery.
