About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead to join our Adult Acute Inpatient Unit team at Derbyshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. As a Clinical Lead, you will play a key role in leading and developing our clinical team, working closely with our Operational Manager and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the clinical team, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure the safe and effective delivery of care.
  • Work closely with our Operational Manager to develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and service delivery.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care pathways and effective communication.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the clinical team.
