Clinical/Counselling Psychologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical or Counselling Psychologist to join our team of mental health professionals in Derbyshire. As a key member of our adult mental health services, you will be responsible for providing specialist psychological assessments and interventions to service users.
Key Responsibilities- Specialist Psychological Assessments: Conduct comprehensive assessments of service users, utilizing complex data from various sources, including psychological tests, self-report measures, and structured observations.
- Consultation and Supervision: Provide expert advice and supervision to colleagues from other disciplines on the psychological formulation and management of patients with mental health problems.
- Clinical Risk Management: Assess, monitor, and manage clinical risk to minimize harm to patients, others, and yourself, and provide guidance on psychological aspects of risk assessment and management.
- Interagency Collaboration: Develop and maintain links with social services, general practitioners, and other primary healthcare workers to ensure seamless care coordination.
