Finance Administrator (Legal Sector)

Join a leading legal practice as a Finance Administrator, where your expertise will contribute to the financial integrity of the firm.


Client Account Management:
Ensure adherence to regulatory financial standards while managing client account transactions, including deposits, payments, and disbursements.

Account Reconciliation:
Conduct regular reconciliations of bank statements and client accounts, addressing any discrepancies in a timely manner.

Payment Processing:
Oversee the preparation and execution of supplier invoices, employee reimbursements, and various financial transactions.

Financial Oversight:
Monitor cash flow and provide insights to enhance financial operations.

Accounting Proficiency:
Utilize legal accounting software to maintain precise financial records and ledgers.

Regulatory Compliance:
Stay informed about industry regulations and compliance requirements, ensuring the firm meets all necessary standards.
Generate financial reports as required and assist with audit preparations.

Collaborative Teamwork:
Work closely with the finance team to facilitate efficient financial processes and support the firm's objectives.

Ideal candidates will possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role within the legal sector, with a strong understanding of regulatory financial practices and legal accounting procedures. Proficiency in relevant software and a commitment to confidentiality are essential. Relevant finance or accounting qualifications are advantageous.
