We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Administrator to join our team at Strictly Recruitment. As a Finance Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our business operations by ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable:

  • Process and reconcile invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payments to suppliers.
  • Manage vendor relationships, addressing inquiries and resolving discrepancies.
  • Maintain organized records of all transactions for audit and tracking purposes.

Accounts Receivable:

  • Collect outstanding payments, ensuring timely and complete collections.
  • Reconcile incoming payments with outstanding invoices, resolving discrepancies and ensuring payments are correctly allocated to invoices.
  • Communicate with clients regarding finance-related inquiries and provide payment details.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a finance role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, with the ability to analyze and interpret financial data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with vendors and clients.
  • Proficiency in MS Office packages, including Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes in a fast-paced environment.
