Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Systems Administrator to join our team at UK Export Finance. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our financial systems, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial data.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain financial systems, including MS Dynamics (the General Ledger) and other finance and reporting applications.
  • Work with the development team to document changes to configurations and ensure that all requirements have been met.
  • Liaise with SMEs and end users to ensure that all requirements have been passed to the project team and acted upon.
  • Reconcile systems to ensure accurate and complete data integrations.
  • Support the development and maintenance of new financial controls, policies, and procedures.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent understanding of financial information systems and accounting.
  • High attention to detail, numerate, analytical, and strong organisational skills.
  • Good IT skills, including MS Office and medium to advanced Excel.
  • Trained user of data intelligence and query tools, such as SQL, Power BI, Power Query, or equivalent tools.
