Job Summary:
C&C Search is seeking a part-time Finance Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the finance team, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.
- Process monthly sales invoices and credit control duties.
- Assist with internal reporting and analysis.
- Administer timesheets and process proposals/fee schedules.
- Interface with team members to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in finance administration, with a strong understanding of financial processes and procedures.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and Sage accounting packages.
- Ability to work systematically and take initiative to complete tasks.
- Experience with sales invoicing and credit control.
- Knowledge of CMAP Software or similar CRM and project resource management systems is beneficial.
