Position Overview

We invite you to become a part of our team as a Finance Coordinator, where you will play an essential role in facilitating our global operations. Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, your responsibilities will encompass a variety of financial tasks that contribute to the advancement of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Oversight and Month-End Duties

  • Reconcile banking transactions and uphold financial documentation
  • Prepare journal entries for the month-end financial close
  • Manage fixed assets and oversee depreciation schedules
  • Assist in monitoring costs and budgeting processes

Accounts Payable Management

  • Oversee Accounts Payable functions
  • Conduct payment runs and maintain supplier relationships
  • Enhance expense tracking systems
  • Support financial analysis and reporting efforts

  • Collaborate on process enhancement efforts
