Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
- Office Management: Ensure the office is well-organized and maintained, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders, providing excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Project Coordination: Assist in coordinating projects, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with vendors, including procurement, inventory management, and contract administration.
- Reporting and Analytics: Prepare and analyze reports, providing insights and recommendations to improve office operations and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced office environment.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business administration or related field preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and ability to work in a team environment.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as H&S qualification (IOSH, NEBOSH, etc.), preferred.
