Position Overview

Title: Recovery Worker

As a Recovery Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with mental health challenges and autism, enabling them to lead fulfilling and independent lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop personalized support plans in collaboration with service users to help them achieve their goals.
  • Assist individuals in enhancing their domestic skills and financial management.
  • Facilitate access to work, educational, and leisure opportunities.
  • Provide compassionate support to inspire recovery and independence.
Qualifications

No prior experience is necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided. However, candidates with an understanding of mental health issues or personal lived experience are encouraged to apply.

Essential Skills
  • Empathy and a genuine desire to help others.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Willingness to participate in a weekly rota system and on-call duties.
