About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Psychology Graduate to join our team at Academics Ltd as a Mental Health Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a range of children who have social, emotional, and mental health challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with students who have Autism, Asperger's, OCD, and other mental health challenges
  • Develop and implement tailored learning plans to support students' educational and personal needs
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of therapists, SEN teachers, and mental health specialists to provide holistic support
  • Use positive reinforcement and restorative practices to promote social, emotional, and mental well-being
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive learning environment that fosters academic and personal growth
Requirements
  • Psychology Graduate with a strong understanding of mental health and SEN principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with students of varying abilities and needs
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and training
