We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Psychology Graduate to join our team as a Mental Health Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will provide support to children with complex social, emotional, and mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized support to children with SEMH, ADHD, Autism, and Mild Learning Difficulties
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans
  • Contribute to the creation of a safe and supportive learning environment
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Relevant degree in Psychology or Criminology
  • Experience working with children with complex needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
