Child Psychology Support Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Psychology graduate to join our team as a SEN Support Assistant. This exciting opportunity will enable you to gain valuable experience working with children and young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in schools across Milton Keynes.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide individualized support to students with SEN, promoting their educational and personal development
- Collaborate with teachers to create inclusive and supportive classroom environments
- Offer emotional and behavioral support to students, empowering them to manage challenges and achieve their potential
- Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized learning plans for SEN students
- Work closely with school staff to support each student's educational and personal growth
- A degree in Psychology (or a related field)
- Ideal experience working with children or in a similar role (6 months preferred but not essential)
- A compassionate, patient, and proactive approach to working with SEN children
- A DBS on the update service, or willingness to obtain one
- Competitive daily rate of £95 to £150
- Immediate start, offering valuable practical experience in SEN settings
