About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Recovery Care Specialist to join our team at With You. As a Recovery Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality recovery care to individuals struggling with substance abuse and mental health issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement personalized recovery plans for clients, taking into account their unique needs and goals.
  • Provide one-to-one support and guidance to clients, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their recovery objectives.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and external partners to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to client care.
  • Conduct regular assessments and reviews to monitor client progress and make adjustments to their recovery plans as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of client interactions and progress.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in the field of recovery care.
Requirements
  • Experience of working in a health, social care, or related setting, preferably in a recovery or substance abuse context.
  • Knowledge and understanding of evidence-based interventions and recovery-oriented approaches.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse client groups and stakeholders.
  • Resilience and adaptability, with the ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Comfortable using IT and digital media, with the ability to maintain accurate and timely records.
