We are seeking an experienced and passionate Community Mental Health Recovery Specialist to join our team at Rethink Mental Illness. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with mental health needs to achieve their recovery goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver goal-focussed, person-centred support to service users based on co-produced and sustainable recovery plans.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to offer pathways for individuals accessing the service, utilizing the skill set of lived experience.
  • Travel across Milton Keynes areas to deliver the service, providing flexible support to meet the needs of service users.
  • Work as part of a team under the direction of the Service Manager, focusing on the expressed needs of the service user and providing support to achieve independence and recovery goals.
