We are seeking an experienced and passionate Community Mental Health Recovery Specialist to join our team at Rethink Mental Illness. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with mental health needs to achieve their recovery goals.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver goal-focussed, person-centred support to service users based on co-produced and sustainable recovery plans.
- Work collaboratively with the team to offer pathways for individuals accessing the service, utilizing the skill set of lived experience.
