We are seeking an **HR Associate Partner** to become an integral part of our on-site HR team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong drive to develop their career in human resources within a dynamic environment, focusing on the operational aspects of employee management. This role is crucial for gathering, organizing, and interpreting HR data, metrics, and statistics, contributing significantly to the overall HR processes.

**Key Responsibilities**

The primary duties include:

  1. Overseeing the Time & Attendance system and addressing daily operational challenges. Monitor, track, and resolve any discrepancies in employee attendance records;
  2. Assisting employees and management with daily operational queries;
  3. Serving as the initial point of contact for employee inquiries, providing guidance and support;
  4. Managing HR data and generating reports on various topics such as leave management and workforce analytics;
  5. Coordinating with managers to obtain necessary approvals for vacation requests and managing time-off documentation;
  6. Addressing discrepancies related to Time Off Task flags with managerial consent.
  7. Utilizing and enhancing internal dashboards to prepare reports for site leadership.
**Daily Responsibilities**

Reporting directly to the HR Business Partner, you will be the primary resource for employees seeking assistance and information. You will proactively engage with employees to help resolve their concerns. Additionally, you will manage HR data for the entire workforce, including metrics on absenteeism, turnover, staffing, and new hires. Close collaboration with the Operations team, particularly Area Managers, is essential to effectively manage our workforce and ensure employee engagement. Flexibility and adaptability to changes from leadership and the broader network are vital.

**Basic Qualifications**

- Degree or relevant experience in HR;
- Proficient in computer applications, particularly the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment;
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility to meet deadlines;
- Fluent in Italian with a good command of English (both written and spoken);
- Advanced skills in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI).

**Preferred Qualifications**

- Master’s degree in Human Resources;
- Previous administrative experience in HR roles focused on data management and reporting;
- Familiarity with Italian labor laws and HR/Payroll practices.
