We are seeking an **HR Associate Partner** to become an integral part of our on-site HR operations. The successful candidate will possess a strong desire to develop professionally within the HR field, particularly in a warehouse environment, and will focus on overseeing all operational aspects of employee engagement. The HR Associate Partner will also be responsible for gathering, organizing, and interpreting HR data, metrics, and statistics. This role is crucial for structuring, analyzing, and reporting on HR processes and data.

Key Responsibilities

The primary duties will include:

  1. Managing the Time & Attendance system daily and addressing any issues that arise. This includes identifying, tracking, and reconciling any missing clock-ins and clock-outs;
  2. Assisting employees and managers with daily operational concerns;
  3. Serving as the initial point of contact for employees, providing assistance in resolving inquiries or directing them to the appropriate resources;
  4. Handling data management and generating reports on various HR topics such as holidays, overtime, and workforce metrics;
  5. Obtaining and managing approvals from managers for vacation requests as necessary, including overseeing time-off request forms and approvals for both managers and associates;
  6. Collaborating with managers to resolve discrepancies related to Time Off Task flags, as approved;
  7. Utilizing and enhancing internal dashboards to produce reports for site leadership.
Daily Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the HR Business Partner at the site, you will be the first point of contact for employees seeking assistance and information. Your proactive support will be essential in helping them address their concerns. Additionally, you will manage HR data for the entire workforce at the site, including metrics on absenteeism, attrition, staffing, and new hires. Close collaboration with the Operations team, particularly Area Managers, will be necessary to effectively manage our workforce and ensure employee engagement across all site activities. Flexibility and adaptability to changes and new initiatives from leadership and the network will be vital.

Basic Qualifications

- Degree or relevant experience in HR;
- Proficiency in computer applications, particularly the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously and thrive under pressure;
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to seek solutions independently while adhering to deadlines;
- Fluent in Italian with a good command of English (both written and spoken);
- Advanced skills in data analysis and reporting using specific tools (e.g., Power BI).

Preferred Qualifications

- Master’s degree in HR or related field;
- Previous administrative experience in HR roles involving data entry and managing data-driven reporting processes;
- Familiarity with Italian labor laws and HR/Payroll practices.
