Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Michael Page HR. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving HR initiatives that support our strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver strategic HR support to managers, advising on best practices and ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with our overall business goals.
  • Oversee recruitment processes, including the selection and onboarding of new employees.
  • Conduct performance management and employee development initiatives.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and grievance handling.
  • Ensure adherence to all HR-related legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with other HR professionals to share knowledge and develop consistent practices.
Requirements
  • HR experience within Housing Associations is a must.
  • A degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • Excellent knowledge of HR policies and procedures, with a strong focus on compliance and best practices.
  • Proven ability to deliver HR strategies that support business objectives.
  • Strong leadership skills, with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
