Job Title: Associate HR Business Partner

SOAS University of London is seeking an experienced Associate HR Business Partner to join our team in delivering a high-quality partnering service. As a key member of the HR directorate, you will work closely with stakeholders in colleges and departments to provide strategic and operational input into their people agenda.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide advice and support on individual cases, influencing and effectively handling challenges where needed.
  • Use HR systems, data, and reporting tools to support managers with key information that informs decisions and actions.
  • Develop workforce plans, drive employee engagement, coach and develop managers, and advise on employee relations issues.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the university's ambitious plans. As an Associate HR Business Partner, you will be confident in using HR systems and data to support managers and stakeholders. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in HR business partnering.

Requirements:
  • Experience in HR business partnering or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems, data, and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
