Key Responsibilities

The primary duties include:

  1. Managing the Time & Attendance system and addressing daily operational challenges. Tracking and resolving any discrepancies in employee time records;
  2. Assisting employees and managers with day-to-day workplace issues;
  3. Serving as the initial contact for employee inquiries, providing guidance and support;
  4. Compiling and managing HR-related data to generate reports on various topics such as leave, overtime, and workforce analytics;
  5. Coordinating with managers to approve vacation requests and manage time-off documentation;
  6. Collaborating with management to resolve discrepancies related to time-off requests;
  7. Developing and utilizing internal dashboards to produce reports for site leadership.
Daily Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the HR Business Partner, you will be the go-to resource for employees seeking assistance and information. Your role will involve proactive support in resolving employee concerns. Additionally, you will manage comprehensive HR data for the workforce, including absenteeism, turnover, staffing, and new hires. Close collaboration with the Operations team, particularly Area Managers, will be essential to effectively manage employee engagement and ensure a positive workplace experience. Adaptability to changes and new initiatives from leadership will be crucial.

Basic Qualifications

- Degree or relevant experience in Human Resources;
- Proficiency in computer applications, particularly the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and thrive under pressure;
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to find solutions and meet deadlines;
- Fluent in Italian with proficient English communication skills (both written and verbal);
- Advanced skills in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI).

Preferred Qualifications

- Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field;
- Prior administrative experience in HR roles focused on data management and reporting processes;
- Familiarity with Italian labor laws and HR/Payroll practices.
