Job Overview

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Procurement Operations Specialist to join our dynamic Procurement team at Culina Group. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation of our procurement processes.

As a key member of our team, you will play an essential role in supporting the overall objectives of the organization, reporting directly to the Procurement Services Manager at the site.

The Procurement Operations Specialist is a vital position within the Culina Group, tasked with delivering comprehensive administrative support to both the Procurement department and the broader business functions. This role is designed for a flexible, proactive, and resilient individual who can maintain accuracy and consistency in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

This is a full-time, permanent role with a standard working schedule of Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, offering a competitive salary range of £26,000 to £31,000 based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of supplier profile data (Master data)
  • General support and reporting for SAP P2P processes
  • Ordering and managing fuel supplies, including goods receipting (GRN), fuel reporting, and cost updates
  • Processing merchandise orders
  • Conducting invoice audits
  • Creating and managing purchase orders
  • Arranging travel bookings, including hotels, trains, and flights
  • Providing overall support to the Procurement function
Qualifications:

To be considered for the role of Procurement Operations Specialist, candidates should possess the following skills, experience, and qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to efficiently and proactively manage complex administrative tasks to a high standard
  • Proven capacity to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong capability to handle numerical and verbal challenges
  • Confident and effective communication skills
  • Ability to quickly build strong relationships to support the role
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Teams) to assist in task completion
  • Familiarity with managing a P2P process using SAP
  • Experience working in collaboration with a Procurement function, providing necessary support
